Lamont's horn students learn from distinguished performers, conductors, and scholars, including a brass faculty boasting more than 60 years of collective expertise. The horn studio is directed by David Byrd-Marrow, a leading figure in the field who performs as principal horn with New York's International Contemporary Ensemble. His extensive performance credits include appearances at the Ojai Music Festival, Bay Chamber Concerts, Mostly Mozart Festival, Tanglewood Music Center, and as an instructor at the Banff Music Centre.
