The M.S. in finance program equips students with both theoretical foundations and hands-on expertise to become forward-thinking financial experts. The coursework focuses on core financial principles and analytical techniques used in corporate finance, asset valuation, financial modeling, investment strategies, financial services, risk assessment, and governance. Students gain practical experience through the Michael and Rosann Geltzeiler Trading Center, working with live market data. This prepares graduates for careers in corporations, financial institutions, consultancies, and public sector organizations. The program also offers flexibility for those considering doctoral studies. Full-time students can earn the 30-credit degree in nine months through the accelerated track (for those with strong finance backgrounds starting in fall) or complete it in 18 months via the standard full-time option.
