The interdisciplinary Master of Science in Data Science (MSDS) provides combined 4+1 Bachelor's and MSDS programs, enabling students to earn both degrees within five years of full-time study. Undergraduate options span multiple departments, including Mathematical Sciences, Physics and Astronomy in Arts and Sciences, as well as Computer and Information Sciences, Electrical and Computer Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering in Engineering. Students must fulfill all requirements for both degrees, with up to six graduate credits from their undergraduate major counting toward both programs.
