Students pursuing a Human Relations Administration (HRA) degree engage in coursework and practical experiences designed to equip them for human resources careers across both corporate and nonprofit sectors. They'll acquire essential competencies for overseeing employee relations, conducting vital workplace training programs, boosting team morale, and maintaining compliance with key legal matters like diversity initiatives. With human resources being an expanding profession, our graduates enter the job market with highly sought-after qualifications. Alongside earning their HRA bachelor's degree, students have the opportunity to pursue complementary minors like Organizational and Community Leadership or Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship, enabling them to develop expertise across multiple areas including business operations, effective communication, human growth studies, guidance counseling, and relationship management.
The program provides hands-on internship opportunities where students obtain real-world HR training. They'll also participate in a specialized seminar addressing career advancement strategies and current industry challenges.
