Upon completing the Physics Bachelor of Arts program, graduates will achieve these competencies:
Fundamental Knowledge: Exhibit comprehensive understanding of core physics principles encompassing Classical Mechanics, Electrodynamics, Wave Phenomena, Thermodynamics, and Quantum Mechanics, along with strong capabilities in Mathematics and Computer Science.
Analytical Abilities: Show capacity to assess data critically, pinpoint essential physics inquiries within specialized applications, and articulate methodologies and findings effectively. Students will also demonstrate competence in applying advanced mathematical techniques to model physical systems.
Investigative Techniques: Display practical expertise with experimental, computational, and analytical methodologies essential for physics-related careers. This involves exhibiting scientific reasoning, acquiring technical research competencies, and developing robust qualitative and quantitative data assessment skills.
Technical Communication: Utilize effective scientific communication strategies, including proficient written and oral presentation abilities for disseminating research findings, while cultivating collaborative skills vital for teamwork across STEM disciplines.
