At this institution, we believe successful enterprises go beyond profit generation. They fuel progress, open doors to fresh possibilities, and contribute to addressing global challenges.
As an entrepreneurship student at UD, you'll gain hands-on experience in establishing and maintaining ventures. This program emphasizes practical application over abstract concepts. In your second year, you'll develop and operate a small business with $5,000 in initial funding. Each year, over $50,000 in investment funds supports these student startups, with guidance from the Crotty Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership to help turn your venture profitable. Your final year culminates in either crafting a comprehensive business strategy for your own enterprise or tackling real-world issues for an existing entrepreneurial firm.
