Our focus lies in examining significant organizational challenges that hold real-world relevance. Specifically, we investigate urgent ethical, political, and practical issues surrounding the interplay between social structures and material realities within neoliberal frameworks. We emphasize communication-based analyses of organizational practices across diverse settings. Our research encompasses (though isn't restricted to) workplace dynamics in modern capitalist systems, communication patterns in security, violence, risk management, and crisis response, various forms of labor including communicative, intangible, and emotional work, global organizational networks and cross-border organizational flows, activist movements, financial systems, governance approaches, unconventional organizational models, and identity-related considerations such as disability studies, queer theory, and postcolonial perspectives.
