The Bachelor of Arts in Music degree offers comprehensive musical training within a liberal arts framework. While students can choose to focus on specific areas, the program primarily focuses on cultivating fundamental musical skills, performance abilities, and a thorough understanding of music's artistic foundations. Students can specialize in either musicology and global music traditions or music technology and media studies. Approximately half of BA Music students pursue a dual major outside the College of Music.
