The Master of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting concentration (MSBA-Accounting) is a graduate program that, when combined with an undergraduate business degree in Accounting or equivalent, meets the educational criteria to qualify for the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam in Ohio and 45 additional states, as well as the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and Guam where similar standards apply. This accounting-focused MSBA program caters to: graduates holding accounting bachelor's degrees (30 graduate credits), those with business degrees in other fields (54 graduate credits), and individuals with non-business undergraduate degrees (55 graduate credits).

There is no formatting requirement, however, please review your resume for any grammar mistakes. It should be no longer than two pages. We recommend two years of work experience by the time you enter the MBA program. This may include co-op or internship experience.
Transcript
If you are an international applicant, you must submit an official NACES-member, course-by-course evaluation on your transcript. If you graduated from an AACSB accredited institution, you are waived from submitting a NACES evaluated transcript.

Letters of Recommendation
Please select two recommenders who will be able to discuss your professional performance, academic performance and work style. This can include previous supervisors, faculty members or mentors. Letters of recommendations must come directly from the listed recommender on your application.
Standardized Tests
Test scores provide a measure of your capabilities for the admissions committee to consider in reviewing your application holistically. The admissions committee accepts the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) and Graduate Record Examination (GRE) test scores. The GMAT and GRE are currently optional, however, we will consider the scores in the application process, if submitted.

Any student with a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution, regardless of field of study, is eligible to apply for admission to a Lindner graduate program. Applicants should have at least a B grade average (3.0 GPA or equivalent) in relevant undergraduate coursework, or otherwise show evidence of promise satisfactory to the admitting department. Applications are reviewed in a holistic manner, carefully considering your entire application portfolio.
