The University of Cincinnati's Master of Science in Accounting program equips students for achievement both while taking and after completing the CPA exam. This flexible program provides full-time and part-time study options, allowing you to earn your degree on your preferred schedule.
Our MS in Accounting curriculum thoroughly addresses all subjects commonly included in CPA exam testing. Lindner MS Accounting graduates meet eligibility requirements not just for Ohio's CPA exam but also for most other state examinations. Although exam prerequisites vary by state, many tests assess knowledge beyond standard undergraduate coursework.

Qualification Requirements

Any student with a bachelors degree from a regionally accredited institution regardless of field of study is eligible to apply for admission to a Lindner graduate program Applicants should have at least a B grade average 3.0 GPA or equivalent in relevant undergraduate coursework or otherwise show evidence of promise satisfactory to the admitting department

There is no formatting requirement, however, please review your resume for any grammar mistakes. It should be no longer than two pages.
Transcript
You must have a U.S. bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution, or the international equivalent, by the time of application. You can submit an unofficial copy of all of your undergraduate and graduate transcripts (and degree documents, if applicable) with your application, but official transcripts will be required if youre accepted.

If you are an international applicant, you may be required to submit a NACES-approved, courseby-course evaluation on your transcript.
