The Department of Electrical Engineering and Computing Systems provides a Doctor of Philosophy program in both Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and Engineering.

Financial support is sourced from prominent national and state research organizations including NSF, NIH, NASA, Army Research Office, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Office of Naval Research, and Ohio Department of Transportation.
