The UC Clermont College Pre-Mortuary Science program offers an associate of science degree for students planning to continue their education at the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. This pathway allows all completed coursework to transfer seamlessly toward earning a bachelor's degree in mortuary science.
The program welcomes individuals dedicated to upholding the highest standards in funeral service, emphasizing professional excellence beyond basic technical skills. In addition to learning embalming techniques, students gain expertise in funeral arrangement counseling, sales, and management.
Mortuary science education demands significant commitment. Qualification Requirements

This program is open to all students with a high school diploma or GED and the desire to succeed in college. Although admission is open, students accepted into the program must meet the academic standards of the program to advance to upper levels of study.

As a first-year student, you will need to take an English and mathematics placement test if you have not obtained the minimum ACT/SAT score required for exemption.
