Alumni of the dual-degree program emerge as influential figures in various sectors including business, clinical social work, and social administration. Their comprehensive academic and practical training equips them with enhanced adaptability and career-long influence. Participants fulfill 1400 units of exclusive Booth coursework (LEAD). During their initial term in the SSA program, candidates choose between two specializations: social administration (mandating four core classes plus two electives) or clinical practice (five core courses plus one elective, with clinical track continuation requiring second-term approval). Those opting for clinical practice must undertake fieldwork during their third-year Winter Quarter, potentially necessitating an extra term to satisfy all joint-degree criteria.
