As a Communication student, you'll develop expertise in social science research within an inclusive, encouraging environment that fosters applying theories and studies to real-world challenges. To join the undergraduate program, students must complete four prerequisite courses (intro to communication, theory, methods, and statistics) while meeting the GPA criteria. Our program offers exceptional experiences that transcend conventional learning. We promote cross-cultural studies, foreign language acquisition, and involvement in UC's Education Abroad Program. Through our internship course, students can earn academic credit for professional placements, including participation in UC's Washington D.C. or Sacramento internship initiatives.
You are considered a freshman applicant if you have completed secondary school and have not enrolled at any college or university.
