Every student's course schedule needs faculty advisor approval before enrolling in classes each term, including any adjustments during the quarter. Those enrolled full-time must take at least twelve (12) units per quarter, with a minimum of eight (8) being graduate mathematics courses graded on a letter basis. The additional four (4) units may consist of authorized upper-division or graduate courses in mathematics-related fields.
