The Master of Science in Biomathematics typically serves as a foundation for advanced graduate studies in the field. Admission directly into the MS Biomathematics program is granted only in exceptional cases. Prospective students whose primary aim is to pursue a master's degree should reach out to the department to align their aspirations with program offerings prior to submitting an application.
High academic achievement in one scientific or mathematical field is required for admission. It is not necessary for an applicant to be proficient in both mathematics and biology, although some prior preparation in both fields is desirable.
