The MSAUD (previously known as MArch II) is a one-year advanced degree program for professionals, culminating in a Master of Science in Architecture and Urban Design.
This adaptable, boundary-pushing curriculum provides architecture graduates with the chance to refine their expertise and employ design methodologies to address contemporary and future design dilemmas and practical problems.
Under the guidance of leading faculty specialists, students collaborate with educators and professional partners to critically examine, push against, and broaden the existing norms of architectural practice.

Your Statement of Purpose is a critical part of your application to the MSAUD program Your Personal Statement is your opportunity to provide additional information to help the selection committee evaluate your aptitude for study A Curriculum Vitae rsum of your academic and professional experience is recommended but not required Applicants must upload a scanned copy of the official transcripts from each college or university you have attended both in the US and abroad All applicants are required to take the Graduate Record Examination GRE administered by the Educational Testing Service ETS To be considered for admission to the MSAUD program international students must score at least 87 on the TOEFL and 7 on the IELTS exam If your score is less than 100 on the TOEFL or 7.5 on the IELTS you are also required to take the English as a Second Language Placement Examination ESLPE on arrival at UCLA Toefl pbt 560
A minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA will be required for admission to graduate programs at UCLA
