The Department of European Languages and Transcultural Studies is a pioneering academic initiative launched in 2020, merging the previous departments of French and Francophone Studies, Germanic Languages, Italian, and Scandinavian studies. Our program currently offers three doctoral tracks (French and Francophone Studies, Germanic, Italian) and maintains admissions for our stand-alone Master's program in Scandinavian studies.
