This program aims to equip students with three essential, interconnected methods for analyzing the social environment. Philosophy cultivates analytical precision and logical reasoning skills. Political science offers insights into institutional influences on contemporary societies, enabling students to assess the decisions these institutions frequently face. Economics examines how individuals, businesses, and governments make choices that collectively shape resource distribution. Grasping economic principles has grown increasingly vital for comprehending policy formation within institutions. The PPE M.A. seeks to ready graduates for roles in government, legal fields, corporate sectors (both private and public), and non-governmental organizations. The Philosophy, Political Science, and Economics (PPE) master's program delivers comprehensive training across these three foundational disciplines. Its purpose is to develop students' ability to critically assess both personal and societal decision-making processes, along with public policies. Philosophy studies provide rigorous reasoning techniques and foster ethical consideration. Economics supplies frameworks for analyzing decisions at individual and group levels. Political science illuminates the practical settings where ethical and economic theories must be implemented. Consequently, the three PPE disciplines reinforce each other, and proficiency in all is necessary for developing a thorough comprehension of social dynamics.
