This program specializes in astronomy and astrophysics education and research. The curriculum is designed to help students thrive in these fields. Applicants holding a Bachelor of Science in Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related physical sciences are welcome. The Astronomy and Astrophysics (A&A) concentration aims to deliver comprehensive training in astronomical sciences, with particular focus on contemporary computational techniques and data analysis. International Student applicants are required to be eligible to serve as teaching assistants. Students with a score of 26 or higher on the Speaking component of the TOEFL iBT or a score of 8 or higher on the Speaking module of the IELTS are eligible to serve as teaching assistants.
