(Program educational objectives guide the curriculum's development, and achieving these goals is a collaborative effort between students and UCI.) Students can choose from various environmental engineering courses to complete the program and specialize their training in areas such as water supply and resources, wastewater management, or atmospheric systems and air pollution control. Design experiences are incorporated into environmental engineering courses, and seniors participate in a culminating capstone design course.
