The Department of Microbiology and Immunology offers graduate programs that deliver comprehensive education and research experiences across four key fields: bacterial pathogenesis, eukaryotic pathogenesis (including parasitology and mycology), virology, and immunology. Investigators employ cutting-edge biochemical, molecular, cellular, and biophysical techniques to study microbe-host interactions, aiming to mitigate infectious disease burdens on public health. Eligibility
You must have a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent to enter the program. Admission is based on:
academic performance, including a grade point average of B (3.0) or better

You should have a thorough preparation in biology, chemistry and physics.
