The program welcomes applicants with bachelor's degrees from all academic backgrounds. Prospective students must demonstrate competence in calculus, both univariate and multivariate statistics, and basic GIS knowledge upon admission. Those lacking these prerequisites should address any gaps before beginning the MS program.
Admission to the program is open to students who hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline. Some concentrations may expect previous coursework in mathematics.
