The University at Buffalo's MBA programs hold accreditation from the prestigious AACSB International and have earned national recognition from multiple media outlets for their exceptional quality and strong return on investment for graduates. Focused on hands-on learning experiences, our curriculum equips graduates with the skills needed for leadership positions in diverse industries and business functions. Since 1931, UB's MBA programs have been developing future management leaders. Our latest offering includes a full-time MBA in Management Science, which qualifies as a STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) Optional Practical Training (OPT) degree program. This STEM designation allows F-1 visa students starting in fall 2021 or later to extend their OPT by an additional 24 months. Similar to our traditional MBA programs, the new Management Science MBA incorporates our renowned LeaderCORE‚Ñ¢ and Corporate Champions initiatives.
International applicants must have completed an academic program equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s degree prior to enrolling. Students may apply during the final year of such a degree program, but must furnish proof of graduation before the end of the first semester of enrollment.
Unofficial transcripts are acceptable for initial admission review.  Transcripts must be uploaded via your Application Status portal in PDF format.  Be sure to include both sides of any double-sided pages of your transcripts.
