The Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Environmental Sustainability combines a solid grounding in Social Sciences and Humanities with fundamental Natural Sciences knowledge. This program emphasizes hands-on learning via fieldwork, ecological expedition courses (both domestic and abroad), and environmental internships. Graduates typically pursue careers in environmental policy and sustainability across corporate, government, and nonprofit sectors. These professional roles, often requiring business attire, equip students for positions as environmental advisors and sustainability specialists serving organizations at local, national, and global levels.
Have earned the equivalent of a U.S. high school diploma.  If you have already completed secondary school, you need to submit both academic transcripts and proof of graduation with your application documents. 
Students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.000, both overall and at the University at Buffalo
