The Master of Science in Chinese Herbology program complements the existing Acupuncture MS and Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine MS programs at the Acupuncture Institute. This program falls under the Health Sciences Division, which encompasses various disciplines including physician assistant studies, nutrition, chiropractic care, and dental hygiene.
The MS-CH program follows a primarily on-campus format, requiring students to complete half of their coursework and all clinical rotations in person. The Asian/Chinese Herbology (ACH) courses utilize a hybrid approach, with 50% of lectures delivered online and the remaining 50% conducted during four weekend sessions each semester, plus three additional summer weekends - totaling eleven weekend sessions annually. Participants will engage in digital learning platforms to fulfill their Asian/Chinese Herbology curriculum requirements.
