The Doctor of Philosophy in Technology Management (TM) caters to increasing demands from both industry and academia, providing an excellent doctoral program for students pursuing studies either part-time or full-time in two interconnected fields:

Establishing new technology ventures (including entrepreneurship and corporate innovation), and
Focus areas in present and emerging technologies (technology specializations).
This program adopts a comprehensive, cross-disciplinary approach combining technology and management. The PhD-TM curriculum specifically aims to cultivate expertise in researching and leading technology-driven organizations, tech-based entrepreneurial initiatives, and the development of innovative products, services, and business ventures.

Although administered by the Department of Technology Management, the PhD-TM promotes collaborative learning across the School of Engineering and other academic units, leveraging their shared research infrastructure, faculty expertise, and laboratory facilities.

Qualification Requirements

Master's degree and bachelor's degree in business or management, engineering, computer science or information technology, from an accredited university or recognized international institution
Recommended cumulative undergraduate and graduate GPA of 3.5 or higher
Minimum of three years of industry experience
