The Master of Laws (LLM) program is tailored for individuals who have obtained an initial law degree, offering opportunities for advanced study alongside faculty and policy experts.
This LLM curriculum enables law graduates to specialize in federal Indian and indigenous peoples' law through an intensive, two-semester program comprising 24 credit hours. Participants must complete core courses in Federal Indian Law paired with either International Human Rights or International Human Rights and Indigenous Peoples. International enrollees are additionally required to take courses in Legal Analysis, Writing, and Research along with Introduction to the U.S. Legal System.
The International Trade and Business Law LLM at University of Arizona Law equips students to tackle contemporary global challenges, providing both theoretical frameworks and practical skills in international trade law, investment regulations, monetary transactions, and intellectual property rights.
