The Master of Laws (LLM) program is tailored for individuals who hold an initial law degree, offering them the opportunity to engage in specialized studies alongside faculty and policy experts.
This full-time, two-semester LLM curriculum focuses on federal Indian and indigenous peoples' law, demanding completion of 24 credit hours. Participants must fulfill requirements in either Federal Indian Law and International Human Rights or International Human Rights and Indigenous Peoples. International enrollees are additionally required to take courses in Legal Analysis, Writing, and Research as well as Introduction to the U.S. Legal System.
