The Religious Studies for Health Professionals program enhances students' skills in critical analysis, cross-cultural understanding, and effective communication within health and science contexts. Through integrating Religious Studies methodologies with healthcare topics, RSHP students receive comprehensive training tailored for medical careers. Our curriculum explores how various faith traditions influence perceptions of wellness, disease, treatment, and mortality, examines religious views on life transitions from birth to death, and investigates religion's role in historical and contemporary healthcare systems, including policy debates. This bachelor's program prepares graduates to thoughtfully engage with these intricate personal and systemic dynamics.
