The Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science prepares students to create, execute, and debug programs that address important real-world challenges. Learners gain expertise in team-based development of complex software systems while articulating program objectives, architecture, and code structure. Alumni demonstrate proficiency in crafting and examining algorithms while assessing program accuracy and efficiency.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
Programming, Students master creating, building, and verifying solutions to substantial problems through well-considered design decisions that fulfill specified needs.
Reasoning, Students acquire skills to construct and evaluate algorithms while logically assessing program validity and computational efficiency.
Communication and Collaboration, Students learn to build extensive software applications collaboratively while effectively documenting and communicating program goals, designs, and implementations.
Students must have high school equivalent to USA and entry requirements vary from country to country. International applicants whose primary language is not English, or who attended school in a non-English speaking country, regardless of citizenship, must prove English proficiency. English proficiency may be proven by one or more of the following:
