For those with innate leadership abilities seeking career-focused education, the Organizational Leadership program at UA South offers excellent preparation. The Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership and Regional Commerce with this specialization examines organizational dynamics across both public and private sectors. While primarily delivered online, certain courses may require scheduled virtual attendance. The curriculum explores supervisory principles and their practical workplace implementations, helping students cultivate management techniques to effectively lead and motivate teams. Through a culminating capstone project, participants tackle real community challenges, gaining valuable hands-on experience. This degree opens doors to careers in HR, supply chain operations, logistics, corporate development, and other leadership-oriented fields.
The Organizational Leadership program is designed for students transferring approximately 60 units from a regionally accredited institution. The program requires additional materials during the application process. The minimum entrance requirements include:
Minimum 2.5 GPA or equivalent
International applicants whose primary language is not English, or who attended school in a non-English speaking country, regardless of citizenship, must prove English proficiency. English proficiency may be proven by one or more of the following:

Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic - 53
IB (English A – Higher Level) - 5 or higher
