The Bachelor of Applied Science specializing in Intelligence & Information Operations equips students for careers in intelligence across defense, law enforcement, and corporate sectors. The program combines offensive and defensive intelligence coursework within our cutting-edge Virtual Learning Environment, providing practical training to build essential competencies for post-graduation success. Students can choose from three specialized tracks, available both on-campus and through online delivery.
The Law Enforcement Intelligence concentration emphasizes intelligence-led policing, forensic examination, and data collaboration. This track aligns with academic standards set by federal, state, and municipal law enforcement agencies, while also satisfying the Defense Intelligence Agency's Intelligence Community - Center of Academic Excellence (IC-CAE) criteria.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
Examine the organization and operations of U.S. national security and intelligence systems, including law enforcement structures.
Evaluate key elements of strategic intelligence, national intelligence policies, the intelligence cycle, and information gathering methods.
Develop proficiency in the Core Intelligence Analytic Process, encompassing: problem identification, hypothesis formulation, data collection, source assessment, hypothesis testing, report preparation, and peer evaluation.
Recognize and implement strategies for conducting and countering Information Operation initiatives.
Enhance critical thinking abilities through mathematical applications, analytical writing, research methodologies, and professional presentation techniques.
Implement theoretical knowledge of intelligence and information operations through practical experiences such as internships, capstone projects, or guided research opportunities.
