Earning a Physics BS equips you for research careers or advanced studies in physics and related disciplines like astrophysics, optics, biophysics, engineering, or medicine. The program develops universally valuable problem-solving abilities.
The Physics BS program reveals nature's fundamental principles while honing analytical thinking. Graduates pursue careers in physics, astronomy, engineering, computational modeling, medicine, patent law, or mathematics - or advance to graduate studies. Students can specialize through concentrations, cross-disciplinary minors, or a combination of both.
International applicants must meet all established requirements for admission from secondary schools or from other colleges and universities.
In order to be considered for admission to degree programs with no additional English language training required, applicants must meet the following minimums on the TOEFL or IELTS.
TOEFL (iBT): all sub-scores greater than or equal to 18 OR
IELTS: all sub-scores greater than or equal to 6.0
