The LLM in Law program features two specialization tracks: Taxation and Business Transactions.
The Taxation concentration equips legal professionals with comprehensive, specialized training in tax law while maintaining breadth of coverage. Participants may further focus their studies through electives in Estate Planning or Business Taxation.
The Business Transactions concentration prepares graduates to support corporate and tax clients across all business lifecycle stages. This practical curriculum starts with entity formation and selection, progressing through potential restructurings and acquisitions as companies evolve. The program also includes optional coursework in diverse business taxation subjects.

Qualification Requirements
Each international applicant must hold the equivalent of a U.S. four-year bachelor's degree from an accredited institution to be eligible for graduate admission.
