A Master of Arts program (30 credit hours) in educational leadership offers Alabama Class A Instructional Leader certification, qualifying graduates for P-12 school leadership roles in Alabama. The curriculum equips students with comprehensive knowledge of instructional leadership principles, research methodologies, and organizational frameworks. Participants develop professional competencies to effectively collaborate with students, families, and communities as educational leaders. The program aligns with both state and national educational standards. Qualified applicants may pursue an accelerated pathway to Class A Instructional Leader certification.
