Bachelor's Degree
Upon successfully finishing this intensive five-year BS/MS program, graduates will earn both a bachelor's in applied mathematics and a master's in polymer engineering. Participants will receive guidance from faculty advisors in both disciplines and should complete their undergraduate core courses and most electives within the initial three years. During their junior year, students must submit a formal application to the Graduate School for the accelerated track. Once admitted, they'll fulfill remaining bachelor's electives while completing 30 graduate credits during the final two years, maintaining a minimum of nine graduate credits per semester. These last two years also make students eligible for graduate assistantship opportunities.
