AYA educators enhance student learning by exploring subjects more thoroughly than in middle and secondary school, while broadening their global awareness. The core program blends academic concepts with hands-on training to qualify you for teaching certification. The AYA Education curriculum mandates specialization in one teaching discipline: Integrated Language Arts, Integrated Social Studies, Integrated Mathematics, or Science.
Before student teaching, you'll complete over 100 hours of fieldwork across diverse educational environments.
