Global politics have experienced significant transformation in the last twenty years. The fall of the Soviet Union, changes within the European Union, developments in the Middle East, China's growing influence alongside other emerging nations, the impact of non-governmental organizations and terrorist networks, along with economic concerns at both national and international levels, all point to a fundamental change in world affairs. While the Cold War's half-century dominance has ended, its successor in terms of global norms and institutions remains uncertain. What's evident is the world's growing interconnectedness, the reevaluation of conventional beliefs and identities, and the likelihood of new global challenges arising.
