The School of Music, overseen by the Vernacular Music Center, provides a 15-hour Undergraduate Certificate in Community Arts designed for both practitioners and participants in community-based artistic endeavors. This program equips students with hands-on, relevant skills for careers as arts administrators, professional artists, performers, event organizers, and community activists. Students can choose between two specialization tracks: administrative or artistic practice, determined by their elective selections.
