The retail management program aims to equip students with the skills to positively impact both the retail sector and broader society through excellent education, research, and community engagement. By addressing the needs of diverse global consumers alongside the intricate systems of retail operations, faculty foster ongoing collaboration between academia and the retail field. The curriculum blends theoretical foundations with practical elements like e-commerce, leadership development, category management, and career strategy (incorporating studies in technology, communications, marketing, business administration, finance, and economics). Through internships, industry-led projects, and an active alumni network, students gain valuable exposure to retail professionals and companies during their studies. The Corporate Retailing specialization builds technological proficiency and analytical capabilities for careers in retail buying, merchandising, and category management roles.
