The Bachelor of Science in Human Sciences offers students the opportunity to combine various disciplines within the College of Human Sciences. This adaptable program allows learners to delve into specialized subjects, align with professional aspirations, or build foundations for advanced academic pursuits. Participants must choose three concentration areas (minors), with each requiring at least 18 credit hours, totaling 54 minimum credit hours. Two of these minors must be from the College of Human Sciences. Additionally, students must fulfill the university's core curriculum requirements, completing 120 total credit hours. Communication proficiency in this degree program is demonstrated through skills in oral expression, reading comprehension, written communication, and participation in cross-disciplinary studies. The B.S. curriculum incorporates three sequential courses specifically designed to develop these essential communication competencies.
