We achieve this through a supportive, student-focused atmosphere where faculty and students collaborate to: Prepare music students for professional success in education, private instruction, the music business, and performance, Offer comprehensive music courses that introduce all students to essential musical concepts, diverse genres, historical contexts, music's societal role, and live performance opportunities, Inspire students to appreciate music as an art form and pursue creative growth through study, performance, and production, and Enhance community arts and culture by presenting public concerts, recitals, and other musical engagements featuring faculty and students.
