The call for principled leaders with strong moral values in government and public service has never been more urgent. In today's climate, expectations for transparency and ethical conduct have risen significantly and show no signs of decreasing.
Our MPSA program cultivates ethical leaders for government and nonprofit organizations, equipping students with essential skills and understanding to navigate complex challenges while maintaining high standards of integrity in public service roles.
The Master of Public Service and Administration (MPSA) is a two-year graduate program comprising 48 credit hours. Candidates lacking significant work experience must fulfill a non-credit summer internship between academic years. The program features a foundational core of ten mandatory courses covering critical areas like management, leadership, policy evaluation, and research methodologies. This educational journey concludes with a second-year Capstone project, allowing students to tackle genuine public sector challenges using their acquired expertise. While some elective courses are available online, students can complete the entire degree through in-person instruction.
