The call for principled leaders with strong moral values in public service has never been more urgent. In today's climate, where expectations for transparency and ethical conduct continue to rise, the MPSA program cultivates morally grounded professionals for government and nonprofit roles. This program equips students with essential skills and understanding to navigate complex ethical dilemmas while addressing contemporary public service challenges.
The Master of Public Service and Administration (MPSA) is a rigorous two-year, 48-credit degree program. Those lacking significant work experience must undertake a summer internship between academic years (though it carries no credit). The program's foundation includes ten core courses that build critical competencies in management, leadership, policy evaluation, and research methodology. This educational journey concludes with a hands-on Capstone project during the final year, allowing students to tackle actual policy challenges. While some elective courses are available online, students can complete the full program through in-person instruction.
