The call for principled leaders with strong moral foundations in public service has never been more urgent. Recent years have seen growing expectations for transparency and ethical conduct, trends that show no signs of reversing.
Our MPSA program cultivates ethical leaders for government and nonprofit organizations, equipping students with essential skills and understanding to navigate today's complex landscape where public officials encounter unprecedented challenges.
The Master of Public Service and Administration (MPSA) is a two-year, 48-credit degree program. Candidates lacking significant work experience must fulfill a non-credit internship during the summer between academic years. The program features ten core courses that build fundamental expertise in management, leadership, policy evaluation, and research methodologies. This journey concludes with a second-year Capstone project, allowing students to tackle authentic challenges using their acquired knowledge. While some elective courses are available online, students may complete the entire program through in-person instruction.
