The call for principled leaders with strong moral character in government and public service has never been more urgent. In today's climate, expectations for transparency and ethical conduct continue to rise with no signs of slowing down.
Our MPSA program cultivates ethical leaders for government and nonprofit organizations, equipping students with essential skills and understanding to navigate complex challenges while maintaining high standards of public service.
The Master of Public Service and Administration (MPSA) is a rigorous two-year, 48-credit degree program. Candidates lacking significant work experience must fulfill a non-credit internship during the summer between academic years. The program features ten core courses that build foundational expertise in management, leadership, policy analysis, and research methodologies. This educational journey concludes with a Capstone project, allowing students to tackle authentic public sector challenges. While some elective courses are available online, students can complete the entire program through in-person instruction.
