Individuals with a Bachelor of Science in engineering or qualified seniors in their final semester can pursue graduate studies for the non-thesis Master of Engineering (MEng) degree, specializing in their chosen engineering discipline. The program requires completing one or two written reports in the major field (which may not involve original research). Seven concentration areas are available: 1) Analog and Mixed Signal, 2) Biomedical Imaging, Sensing and Genomic Signal Processing, 3) Device Science and Nanotechnology, 4) Energy and Power, 5) Electromagnetics and Microwaves, 6) Information Science and Systems, and 7) Computer Engineering Systems.

Qualification Requirements
A student holding a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or a qualified senior during the last semester may apply for admission to graduate studies to work toward the non-thesis degree of Master of Engineering (MEng), majoring in their particular field of engineering.
English proficiency can also be demonstrated by:
Minimum TOEFL i-BT score of 80 (in person or Home Edition) from a test date within two years (Texas A&M University does not accept the MyBest TOEFL score), or
Minimum TOEFL Essentials score of 8.5, or
Minimum IELTS Academic test score of 6.0 overall band (Texas A&M University does not accept the IELTS General test), or
GRE Verbal Reasoning score of at least 146 (subject to departmental approval), or
GMAT Verbal Score of at least 22 (subject to departmental approval), or
Acquiring alternative verification during the admission process from the Graduate and Professional School via a departmental request.
