To qualify for any Natural Resources Systems concentration, students need to complete at least 16 credits from core and related courses. They must also maintain a minimum GPA of 2.33 in all graded courses counting toward the concentration requirements. Courses taken for a letter grade cannot be completed on a pass/fail basis to meet these requirements. Under special circumstances or when new relevant courses are introduced, substitutions may be allowed with approval from the faculty advisor overseeing the specific concentration. Furthermore, students may substitute up to 6 credits from part-time or short-term externships, or up to 10 credits from semester-long or summer externships, with advisor approval. A single course can only count toward a maximum of two Natural Resources Systems concentrations.
