The Dispute Resolution specialization centers on alternative methods for resolving conflicts without litigation, while also equipping students to facilitate agreements in various settings. This program primarily trains students in three key approaches: negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. Additionally, it exposes learners to other conflict resolution methods and frameworks, including ombuds services, digital dispute resolution (ODR), and the design of dispute resolution systems (DSD).
Students pursuing this specialization must maintain a minimum grade of C (2.33) in all concentration-related courses. Required courses graded on a letter basis cannot be taken as pass/fail to fulfill program requirements
